Kids

I get questions from parents
sometimes about how martial arts
improves your child's grades...

It seems some people think it's
just about self-defense and
exercise ;-)

Well, it's actually very simple...

In martial arts, we help children
learn these three powerful
qualities:

- Respect - Discipline - Focus

And we do it in a really fun way
:-)

By learning enhanced self-respect,
and respect for others, children
learn the value of accomplishing
goals. They learn that life is
better when they do great in
whatever activities they take part
in.

Then, we teach them the discipline
it takes to reach those goals. We
show them how to dedicate time and
energy - because goals don't reach
themselves.

And then, we teach them improved
focus. We help them discover how to
fully concentrate. And we do this
by having them learn one technique
at a time - and mastering that
technique before moving on.

These qualities then seep into
every area of their lives.

They're more focused and respectful
at school... at home... with their
friends...

It's only natural that their grades
improve, too. In fact, children
often improve from Ds to Bs and As.
From Fs to Cs and Bs. And from Bs
to As.

I've even seen kids go from low Fs
to high As.

It's only a matter of time and
practice ;-)

Is your child enrolled in one of
our classes? And on track to
improving their focus, discipline,
and respect? (while having a ton of
fun!!)

If not - click below to get access
to a really special offer we have
that you can get started with.

Some parents have told us that
you'd be crazy to pass up a deal
like this ;-)

Teens

Many young Americans grow up with martial arts as one of their first competitive sports/activities. Not only is it a great activity that keeps participants physically active, but it instills a sense of achievement and ethics, as you work your way up to earning a black belt. But even if you have no previous experience in martial arts, it is still a great activity to pick up even as an adult. In my opinion, the best family
activities are the ones that...

- Bring everyone closer together

- Are FUN

- And help your family grow
and become better individuals

Well, here's one that does all
three... The next time your family
is together, spend some time
setting goals.

Goals are powerful tools for
children for a few reasons...

- They get them dreaming big - and
desiring great things in their
lives...

- They teach them focus -
the ability to concentrate their
time and energy into getting what
they want out of life

- And they teach self-reflection...
after all, you can't set goals without
reflecting on who you are, and what
you want out of life.

Plus, it's a lot of fun. You can
all sit around and dream about how
you want your lives to be.

And then, you can make a
commitment to help each other
get there!

Let me know how it goes!

Best,

Armando C.

p.s. In martial arts, we also teach
goal setting and focus too. And
it's a ton of fun.

If your kid isn't yet signed up -
martial arts really could be the
missing link between them and great
grades, confidence, and focus.

Adults

(While we focus on the benefits of martial arts for kids a lot at our academy (they’re obviously a big part of what we do), you’d be amazed at how many adults have seen the benefits their kids are getting from our program and said, “What about me?  I want to try martial arts”. You know, there's one parenting
mistake that nearly every parent
has been guilty of - at some point
or another.

And that's because it's a hard one
to not break!

In fact, it's nearly impossible.

What's the mistake?

Not Being Consistent. (Isn't
"consistent" such a nasty word
sometimes?)

And why's it so hard not to break?

Because kids are ALWAYS pushing
boundaries! ALWAYS!

Every single day.

But today, I'd like to encourage
you to get better at this hard task
with a simple exercise...

If you have trouble staying
consistent, then pick ONE boundary
- just ONE - and commit to always
enforcing it. Every time.

Just one!

Do it for one week straight. And
then add another one.

Then do both for one week straight,
and add another one.

Before you know it, you'll have a
calm, orderly house. And your kids
will respect you because you
buckled down... And got consistent!

And as we all know, it's much
easier to focus on one thing at a
time... Then getting everything
right all at once.

So if you too find yourself making
this mistake, try this out. Fixing
it could be easier than you ever
thought.

Here's to a great day,

Armando C.

By the way... I'm still running
our amazing introductory special
on our kids classes!
